What shipping methods are used?
All Gooseberry Prints orders are shipped by FedEx or Canada Post.
What are order processing times?
All orders will ship within 1-3 business days of placing an order. Packages are shipped from downtown Toronto and will arrive within 2-7 weekdays of the postdate. Please note that longer shipping times are to be expected for international orders (aka orders that are shipped beyond Canada).
Speaking of international orders, how do those work?
We are always delighted when one of our prints gets to take a trip around the world to its new forever home. International orders typically arrive within 1-3 weeks, but may take longer due to customs delays.
Please note that import duties/fees/taxes may by applied by your country and that these costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in Gooseberry Prints shipping fees, nor are they the responsibility of Gooseberry Prints to pay.
How will my print be packaged?
Prints that are 11×14 and smaller will be packaged in a sturdy rigid mailer. Prints that are larger than 11×14 will be securely packaged in a sturdy mailing tube. Prints that are mailed in a mailing tube come complete with layflat instructions to help prepare your print for perfect hanging.
Help! My print has arrived damaged!
While we take every measure to carefully package our prints to ensure they arrive in the mintiest of condition, sometimes accidents happen. But don’t worry!If your print arrives damaged please contact us within two weeks of the print being delivered and we will set to work finding a replacement for you.
